Marketing Manager, Communications, Amazon Flex

Amazon Flex is seeking a motivated, strategic, and data-informed communications professional to join the JP Amazon Flex Communications team. This is a unique opportunity to shape the communications strategy Basic qualifications: - 4+ years of recent professional experience in communications, content strategy, or marketing communications - Experience with Marketo or equivalent marketing automation platforms - Experience developing and executing multi-channel communications strategies - Business-level proficiency in both English and Japanese (written and verbal) - Bachelor's degree Preferred: - Experience with AI-powered content development or generative AI tools in a communications context - Adobe Marketo certification - Experience in gig economy, logistics, delivery, or marketplace communications - Experience with change management communications across large-scale operations - Experience working cross-functionally with technical, operational, and compliance teams - Experience in a governance or quality assurance role for communications - Data fluency - ability to interpret performance metrics and translate into strategic recommendations Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
