Manager, Content Planning - 24-Month Contract

Basic qualifications: - Master's degree or above in a relevant field - Experience managing a budget or P&L - Experience communicating clearly and concisely with leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams - Speak, write, and read fluently in English - Experience in programming, content planning or similar role in a media entertainment company, preferably direct-to-consumer - Experience creating portfolio analysis across large sets of data and deriving guidance for future planning, title selection - Proficiency with the Office suite (mainly Excel and PowerPoint) and data analytics tools Preferred: - Speak, write, and read fluently in French, Spanish, German or Italian - A desire to dive deep, paired with the talent to surface and summarize findings in digestible and actionable ways - Ability to be a self-starter, get things done and be proactive - Comfort working in a highly creative and matrixed organization where cross-functional collaboration is required to drive projects - Ability to manage a large and ever-changing workload with grace and efficiency - A sense of urgency combined with the ability to independently prioritize tasks - Appreciation of audio entertainment and curiosity in publishing and media trends Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
