Maintenance Engineer, Amazon Leo

Amazon Leo Satellite Manufacturing is seeking an experienced Tech Ops Engineer II (Maintenance Engineer) to join our Equipment Engineering & Maintenance team at SEA133 in Kirkland, WA. In this role, you Basic qualifications: - Experience in MS Excel, Word, and Windows Operating Systems - 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience - Experience in the mechanical or controls field, or experience with electrical theory, robotics, controls components, and automated equipment - Experience interpreting mechanical and electrical drawings - Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems, or experience dealing effectively with customers during problem resolution and operating efficiently under pressure Preferred: - Knowledge of engineering documentation, electrical diagrams and standard operating procedures - Knowledge of building codes and regulations including Life Safety, BOCA, NFPA, NEC, or OSHA - Experience reading and interpreting construction specifications and drawings for all domains - Experience maintaining robotic systems, automated conveyance, or complex material handling equipment - Experience creating and implementing SOPs, JHAs, and emergency procedures for manufacturing equipment - Experience with Ignition SCADA or similar industrial SCADA platforms - Trade certification, journeyman license, or equivalent technical education - Experience managing spare parts inventory and critical spares programs for production equipment Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
