Für unseren Standort in Erfurt suchen wir einen Technischen Leiter Instandhaltung (m/w/d).Der Schwerpunkt dieser Rolle liegt in der technischen Standortleitung und der Verantwortung aller Engineering-Aufgaben Basic qualifications: - Ingenieurtechnisches Studium oder Techniker Studium im Maschinenbau, der Elektrotechnik oder ähnlich gelagerten Studiengängen. - Langjährige Führungserfahrung von Instandhaltungsteams. - Multiqualifiziert in elektrischen und mechanischen Disziplinen. - Erfahrung in der industriellen Instandhaltung, bevorzugt mit automatisierten Anlagen wie Verpackungsmaschinen, Sortier- und Fördersystemen. - Kenntnisse von modernen Instandhaltungskonzepten (CBM, TPM). - Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten. - Teamfähigkeit und gute Präsentationsfähigkeit von komplexen Sachverhalten. - Gute analytische Fähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise. - Fließende Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse. Preferred: - Erfahrung im (technischen) Projektmanagement. - Kenntnisse über Instandhaltungs- und Gebäudetechnischen Anlagen eines Logistikzentrums sowie deren Wartungs- und Sicherheitsverfahren. - Erfahrung mit SPS-basierten Steuerungssystemen.
