Learning Trainer

We currently have an exciting new opportunity for a Learning Trainer to join our Amazon Australia Learning Team based out of our Kemps Creek Fulfilment Centre - the only Amazon Robotics site in Australia!In Basic qualifications: - Work 38 hours/week, and overtime as required - Relevant experience of using clear communication including evidence of delivering training groups and creating corresponding communications and training materials Preferred: - Workplace training experience ideal but not necessary - Able to give and receive feedback effectively - Effective time management skills, exemplary attendance and punctuality - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take initiative - A forklift licence would be advantageous Acknowledgement of country: In the spirit of reconciliation Amazon acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea and community.
