Learning Specialist, EU E2E Learning, Central Programs

Do you want to shape how hundreds of people learn, grow, and do their best work? As our Learning Specialist, you won't just build training, you'll own the strategy behind it: designing, governing, and Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Supply Chain, Economics or Business Administration - Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements - Speak, write, and read fluently in English - Experience managing training/learning related projects or programs - Experience in formulating and implementing training strategies, policies, and procedures for standardisation and delivery of training methodology throughout the organisation Preferred: - Master's degree or equivalent - Experience with instructional design, curriculum architecture, or training program development - Experience using business metrics and training data to track, trend, and manage the impact of training efforts - Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), or experience with multimedia content creation - L&D certification by recognized body (e.g. CIPD) - Experience in instructional design tools (e.g. Storyline, Camtasia) - Experience with Experimental Design & Research Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
