As a Learning Experience Designer on the AWS Data Center Learning team, you will own the instructional design strategy for your portfolio Basic qualifications: - Experience designing and developing IT or technical training materials and content - Experience in a training role, including technical training - Experience managing multiple projects, prioritizing, planning, and managing time - Experience with adult learning instructional design methods and best practices - Experience with project management Preferred: - Experience with graphic training systems and multimedia content creation - Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration and reporting - Experience with technical writing and instructional design - Experience working cross-functionally across several teams both technical and non-technical - Experience using data and metrics to test theories, confirm assumptions, and measure success Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
