Practise the ラーニングコーディネーター, Learning and Talent Development (L&TD) at Amazon interview free →※このポジションの勤務地は愛知県名古屋市にある拠点と、その近郊にある物流拠点でのお仕事になります。ラーニングコーディネーターは、ラーニングスペシャリスト、ステーションマネージャー、エリアマネージャー、シフトアシスタント、ソートアソシエイト、外部協力会社などと協業して、指定されたトレーニング関連のアクティビティをコーディネートし、プログラムの円滑化に責任をもちます。また、割り当てられたすべてのサイトの教育に関する進捗管理を担当いただきます。数拠点に対して1名の配置のため、現場のメンバーと協力してトレーニングを進めるチームワークが重要です。【具体的な業務内容】・関連のプログラム（入社研修・安全研修 Basic qualifications: - 人材育成経験2年以上（業界・職種は問わず） - エクセル初級レベル（四則演算/SUM関数/Pivotができる） - ビジネスレベルの日本語力 Preferred: - ・教育のプランニングから評価に関するプロセス構築経験 - パフォーマンスに関するコーチングの経験 - 効果的なフィードバックの提供 ・プロジェクトの優先順位付け、管理を実施した経験 - 変化する状況、方向性、戦略で急速に変化する環境に適応する能力 - ダイナミックで成長する環境で成長したいという欲求 - 他のサイトをサポートするために、地域内で異なるシフトと移動を行えること - ファシリテーションスキル - 物流業界の経験 - インクルーシブなカルチャーへの貢献や多様性に富んだグループで働くことに対して前向きであること Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
