Labour Relations Manager (FTC), EXR Spain

This is a fixed term contract position.The role will require a level of geographical flexibility in base location within Spain.We are looking to hire a talented and committed Employee Relations Manager Basic qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree, law degree, or other specialized training in employee relations. - Experience in employee relations, labor relations, or labor/employment law. - Experience dealing with Works council and Unions. - Experience and solid understanding of ESP employment and labor laws - Negotiation experience Preferred: - Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills, enabling individual to establish partnerships and work collaboratively across management levels and personalities to influence senior leadership, stakeholders, peers and employees at all levels across a large, dispersed and culturally diverse organization. - Proven problem solving and analytical skills in an ambiguous environment with the capacity to work autonomously to manage competing priorities simultaneously while driving projects to closure. - Demonstrated ability to successfully scale labour relations frameworks in new business lines Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
