Como Responsable de Workplace Health and Safety (WHS), tu función es clave para impulsar mejoras Basic qualifications: - Formación universitaria y formación como técnico/a superior en prevención de riesgos laborales (Incluye las especializaciones en Seguridad en el Trabajo, Higiene Industrial y Ergonomía, y Psicosociología aplicada), de acuerdo con los reglamentos españoles en materia de salud y seguridad. - Experiencia relevante en el cumplimiento de la legislación local en materia de salud y seguridad. - Experiencia relevante en la gestión de equipos. - Nivel avanzado de español e inglés intermedio (B2), tanto escrito como hablado. Preferred: - Las cualificaciones preferidas no son necesarias para solicitar un puesto en Amazon. Si cumples con todas las cualificaciones básicas anteriores, nos encantará saber de ti. - Experiencia con metodologías Lean, 5S o Kaizen. - Experiencia en la planificación o gestión de iniciativas medioambientales. - Pertenencia a un organismo profesional en el ámbito de la seguridad y salud laboral. - Experiencia en la gestión y comunicación con una amplia variedad de partes interesadas, incluyendo compañeros, colaboradores directos y dirección.
