IT Support Engineer - Deployment

Amazon is hiring an IT Support Engineer to deploy and maintain the technology infrastructure that powers fulfilment and logistics operations across Australia. This is an opportunity to join a specialist Basic qualifications: - 2+ years of troubleshooting in a multi-user high availability environment experience - 2+ years of networking (such as DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP) experience - Experience with hardware deployment, configuration, and IT infrastructure lifecycle management - Experience coordinating or managing third-party vendors, contractors, or service providers in IT delivery - CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent networking certification Preferred: - Experience with PC repair, liquidation, and asset management. - Experience with Linux operating systems in a corporate environment. - Experience working across multiple sites or in a deployment/project-based capacity. - Experience with asset management and inventory systems.
