IT Equipment Coordinator, Ops Tech

Amazon, one of the top 100 companies in the United States, has an immediate opening for a IT Equipment Coordinator in our Fulfillment Center (FC). FCs throughout the U.S. handle millions of items from Basic qualifications: - Knowledge of IT system hardware and network concepts - Experience with computer hardware troubleshooting and repair - High school diploma, or equivalent - Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays - Experience managing inventory in a retail or distribution setting - Experience working with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - Can carry/lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend and reach - Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship Preferred: - Experience maintaining zebra thermal printers, troubleshooting thin clients, PCs, scanners, and portable handheld terminals - Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, or experience working with customers with a passion for delivering exceptional service - Experience in managing multiple, competing priorities simultaneously - Experience prioritizing competing demands, scoping large efforts, and negotiating timelines - Experience with written and verbal communication and presentation - Highly self-motivated and customer-centric Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. The starting pay for this position is listed below, including the base pay rate plus the highest available shift differential which applies depending on the shift you select. As a total compensation company, additional earnings may include shift differentials and overtime pay. Final pay will be based on factors including shift selection and location.
