Inventory Control & Quality Assurance Area Manager (m/w/d)

We are looking to hire an ICQA Area Manager Basic qualifications: - A degree or equivalent qualification - Relevant experience in performing data analysis and understanding data sets and tools - Proficiency in English, both verbal and written (CEFR B2) - Advanced MS Office suite user, especially Excel - Relevant experience in people management Preferred: - A resilient, focused problem solver and self-starter, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a complex and ambiguous environment - Strong commitment to employee development, as well as an exceptional level of dedication, motivation to team management - Proven ability to influence peers or stakeholders, with varying levels of seniority, within Ops organization - Experience working with Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen techniques - Proficiency in German or Arabic or Czech, both verbal and written (CEFR B1) Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
