The International Logistics Coordinator provides administrative and operational support for international import and export activities. The role assists with shipment coordination, documentation, tracking, Basic qualifications: - 1+ years of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) experience - High school or equivalent - Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays - Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach - Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required Preferred: - Experience with international logistics and transportation. - Knowledge of import/export processes and documentation. - Familiarity with Incoterms. - Working knowledge of customs brokerage and freight forwarding processes. - Experience with UPS, FedEx, DHL, air/ocean carriers, or third-party logistics providers. - Experience with ERP, TMS, WMS, or transportation/shipment-management systems. - Experience creating SOPs and process documentation. - Experience with reporting, dashboards, or logistics analytics. - Experience supporting process automation or continuous-improvement projects. - Professional certification in logistics, supply chain, customs, or international trade is a plus. The starting pay for this position is listed below, including the base pay rate plus the highest available shift differential which applies depending on the shift you select. As a total compensation company, additional earnings may include shift differentials and overtime pay. Final pay will be based on factors including shift selection and location.
