OMHS is building the team that installs and commissions Amazon's next-generation material handling systems. We are looking for a planning and scheduling leader to own the integrated master schedule across Basic qualifications: - 5+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience - Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or another technical field - 5+ years of construction or project management experience - Experience managing multiple projects, prioritizing, planning, and managing time - 5+ years of experience with scheduling tools (Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent) Preferred: - Master's degree in engineering, mechanical, operations, supply chain, business administration, or equivalent STEM field - Experience in Lean Management, Six Sigma and other operations engineer tools - Experience building launch readiness frameworks, standard work, playbooks, and scalable deployment mechanisms across multiple concurrent sites - Experience with reporting and Data Visualization tools such as Quick Sight / Tableau / Power BI or other BI packages - Experience in construction, industrial installation, or large-scale equipment deployment environments Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
