We're looking for a Senior Policy Program Manager Basic qualifications: - Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership - Experience owning program strategy and end to end delivery - Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements - Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization - Experience defining and executing program requirements - Experience in program or project management - Experience managing teams - Experience delivering cross functional projects Preferred: - • Experience with content moderation systems, automated enforcement, or machine-interpretable policy frameworks. - • Experience with policy versioning, taxonomy design, or tag-based classification systems. - • Experience in the entertainment, media, or user-generated content industry. - • Experience applying Agile, Lean, or similar methodologies to program management. - • PMP or equivalent program management certification.
