Amazon's Employee Experience & Outcomes (EXO) organization exists to earn, drive, deliver and protect the trust between Amazon and its 1.5M+ workforce. Within EXO, the Research, Strategy & Solutions Team Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Program Management, Human Resources, Employment Law, Computer Science, Finance, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, Operations Research or a related field - 10+ years of HR or business function experience - 5+ years of employee relations, labor relations, human relations or labor/employment law experience - Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, SharePoint, and PowerPoint) Preferred: - Experience producing executive-level written materials and presenting to executive audiences - Experience creating and implementing large-scale organizational programs - Experience analyzing HR data and translating metrics into actionable workforce strategies - Experience supporting large hourly workforces - Experience prioritizing and managing multiple responsibilities - Experience providing and effectively communicating strategic and tactical recommendations based on data - Knowledge of general AI tools Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
