They act as the frontline consultant to clients (mainly people managers) to create a positive employee Basic qualifications: - Experience as an HR specialist, HR generalist (e.g., HR Business Partner or HR Partner), HR manager, or in HR program roles - Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization - Bachelor's degree - Knowledge of local labor law Preferred: - Experience working in a matrixed organization - Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities - Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment - Experience troubleshooting problems and offering solutions to streamline complex challenges Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
