HR Partner, IND Corp HRP Team

At Amazon, our HR Regional Partners are known for their knowledge of HR policies, processes and tools. They act as the front-line consultants to the business supporting managers in creating a positive Basic qualifications: - Master's degree or above in Human Resources, Human Resources Management, Labor Relations, Business/Management, Psychology, or a related field - 3+ years of human resource business partner or blend of operations and HR experience - Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, or experience in managing and troublshooting network - Experience working in a matrixed environment, influencing strategy, and achieving goals by working across the organization - Experience using strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills - Can work proactively and independently, meet deadlines, and deliver on projects and tasks Preferred: - Experience working with fast-moving, high-performance teams and driving innovative solutions tailored to unique business environments - Experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines - Experience with learning assessments/analytics and the ability to influence others through data-driven recommendations - Experience mentoring, coaching, and influencing colleagues, collaborators, and stakeholders Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
