Amazon Web Services (AWS) is a dynamic, growing business unit within Amazon.com. Since early 2006, AWS has provided companies of all sizes with an infrastructure platform in the cloud. Using AWS, companies Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Human Resources Management, Labor Relations, Business/Management, Psychology, or a related field - 5+ years of human resources, or 5+ years of human resource generalist experience Preferred: - Experience consulting with senior leadership and executives in a fast-paced environment - Experience in employee relations, labor relations, or labor/employment law - Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive level stakeholders or clients - Experience working with and protecting confidential and sensitive HR information - Experience managing multiple projects, prioritizing, planning, and managing time - Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or a related field, or 5+ years of human resources experience and High school or equivalent - Experience working with teams across APAC region - Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to translate data into actionable insights - Intellectual curiosity; brings insight and fresh thinking to the team and business - Demonstrated empathy in navigating complex people situations Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
