The AWS Data Center Operations (DCO) HR Partner (HRP) Team is investing in an evolution of our HR organization to improve our Builder (employee) experience, support the next phase of growth, and increase Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree - Experience implementing data-driven workforce solutions and HR metrics - Experience managing employee-focused processes including onboarding, benefits, investigations, training and talent management - 5+ years of human resources leadership, or 5+ years of leadership in operations, customer service, retail, distribution, shipping/logistics, healthcare, hospitality, or manufacturing experience Preferred: - Knowledge of national and local employment laws and regulations - 5+ years of human resources leadership experience - Understanding of labor relations and employee representative bodies across multiple European/EMEA jurisdictions Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
