Als HR Business Partner:in förderst du aktiv ein positives Basic qualifications: - Ein Studienabschluss oder eine vergleichbare Berufsqualifikation - Erfahrung in einer Position als HR Generalist:in - Fortgeschrittene Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (CEFR: C1) Preferred: - Erfahrung mit regelmäßiger Erstellung von Berichten und Datenanalysen. - Eine Affinität im Umgang mit IT-Systemen; in der Lage, mehrere Online-Dashboards zu analysieren, um Informationen zu ziehen. - Erfahrung in der Kommunikation mit, und Beeinflussung, verschiedener Interessengruppen, darunter Kolleg:innen und Führungskräfte. - (AMZL/ATS) Erfahrung in der Führung von Verhandlungen mit einem Betriebsrat in Deutschland. - (CF) Erfahrung in Verhandlungen mit einem Betriebsrat in Deutschland.
