HR Business Partner, AMZL

Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience - 2+ years of human resources experience or equivalent experiences (e.g., operations, customer service, retail, distribution, shipping/logistics, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing). - Experience supporting and/or leading employee-focused processes such as onboarding, benefits, investigations, training and/or talent management Preferred: - Master's Degree or MBA - Experience supporting operational environments (manufacturing, distribution, or similar) - Ability to effectively train, guide, and support others in the use of various HR technologies and digital platforms, with a focus on increasing user adoption and enhancing end-user experience - Demonstrated ability to build effective partnerships with business leaders - Experience handling employee relations matters and conducting workplace investigations - Strong coaching and influencing skills with ability to guide leaders through complex situations - Experience supporting employee engagement and development initiatives with measurable impacts on employee retention or satisfaction - Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
