HR Business Partner

Basic qualifications: - 5+ years of HR work within an international, fast-paced, and customer-driven environment experience - 2+ years of human resources or a mix of equivalent experience - 2+ years of human resources or equivalent (e.g., operations, customer service, retail, distribution, shipping/logistics, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing) experience - Knowledge of local labor law - Experience in HR within an international, fast-paced and customer-driven environment - Experience in a call center, distribution center, or manufacturing environment - Experience supporting hourly employee client group - Experience with MS Office tools and HR Information Systems - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - 3+ years of human resources or mix of equivalent experiences (e.g., operations, customer service, retail, distribution, shipping/logistics, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing), or 3+ years of human resources experience - Experience supporting or leading employee-focused processes including onboarding, benefits, investigations, training or talent management Preferred: - Master's degree in Human Resources Management - Experience in human resources with companies supporting 250-500 or more associates - Experience managing and leading employees - Master's degree, or MBA - Experience within a distribution center, logistics, or manufacturing environment - Experience in facilitating, or experience in a training role, including technical training, or a mix of training, performance management and coaching/mentoring - Experience partnering with business leaders in highly complex and dynamic business settings - Experience in employee relations, labor relations, or labor/employment law - Experience leading and influencing your team or organization - Experience creating, improving and executing engagement programs and action plans Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
