Amazon Australia is growing fast. With over AU$750 million being invested in a new robotics fulfillment centre in Queensland, AU$200 million in new Victorian logistics sites, record breaking delivery speeds Basic qualifications: - Experience mentoring, coaching, and influencing colleagues, collaborators, and stakeholders - Experience creating reports, interpreting metrics and driving overall insights or analysis - 5+ years of human resource business partner or blend of operations and HR experience - Comfort managing competing priorities across multiple sites - Knowledge of Australian employment legislation and workplace relations - Experience working with and protecting confidential and sensitive HR information Preferred: - Experience working in a fast-paced, operational environment (warehousing, logistics or manufacturing preferred) - Experience supporting hourly employee client group - Bachelor's degree or equivalent Acknowledgement of country: In the spirit of reconciliation Amazon acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea and community.
