Health and Safety Manager , Data Center Health and Safety

As a Health & Safety Manager within the EMEA Data Centre Health Basic qualifications: - Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications at an advanced level - Experience in compliance, audit or risk management - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Bachelor's degree in Health and Safety or a related field - Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership - Experience working effectively across cross-functional teams and partnering well with people at all levels within an organization - Experience working with and influencing senior level stakeholders - Speak, write, and read fluently in English - Experience in programme or project management within complex, multi-site and multi-country organisations - Strong data analytics capability with experience translating data into business insights Preferred: - Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification - Experience leveraging technology and implementing lean principles / Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements or equivalent - Master's degree or equivalent - A Health and Safety NVQ Level 3 or NEBOSH National General Certificate (or equivalent), or NEBOSH (National General Certificate) - Knowledge of Six Sigma tools, Lean techniques, PMP or similar standards preferred - Experience with reporting and Data Visualization tools such as Quick Sight / Tableau / Power BI or other BI packages - Experience leading organizational change initiatives across multiple locations - Experience directly related to the design or construction of data centers or critical infrastructure or large-scale mechanical and electrical plants - Experience querying and manipulating large datasets to support performance reporting and trend analysis - Experience with safety management system implementation (ISO 45001 or equivalent) - Multi-country programme delivery experience across EMEA - Experience with Generative AI/ML tools for automation, reporting, and operational efficiency - Considerable knowledge of local safety and health regulations and practices of investigations and workplace safety.
