Head of Marketing, India, AWS , Field Marketing-APJ

Amazon Web Services is seeking a senior marketing leader to define and execute the marketing strategy for India — one of the fastest-growing and most strategically important markets in the Asia Pacific Basic qualifications: - 6+ years of team management experience - 15+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience - Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners - Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements - Experience in leadership roles, overseeing teams conducting data analysis, process improvements, creative problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration Preferred: - Experience in traditional and emerging media channels including TV, OOH, cinema, digital display, online video and paid social - Experience leading across multiple locales - Experience working cross-functionally with partner teams to drive adoption and usage of brand assets and messaging - Experience in strategic marketing management and market analysis and demonstrated ability to build and execute a strategy with clear goals and objectives to align to business and service objectives, and support portfolio objectives - Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams - Experience communicating complex information and solutions to senior stakeholders and influencing decisions, or experience communicating results to senior leadership - Experience in B2B technology marketing, cloud computing, or SaaS industries - Deep understanding of the India technology and enterprise market landscape - Experience in traditional and emerging media channels including digital display, online video, paid social, and event marketing - MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
