We are looking for a skilled and motivated Tech Sourcer to support talent acquisition for Data Center Engineering and Infrastructure Operations roles across North America (USA). The ideal candidate will Basic qualifications: - 4+ years of corporate or search firm progressive recruiting or research experience - Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of full-time Amazon experience - Experience with contact management system/applicant tracking system for sourcing, tracking and managing candidates - Ability to curate market intel for saturated markets - Experience in full-life cycle recruiting Preferred: - Experience managing high volume as well as niche hiring - Experience leading or participating in technology hiring events, technology mixers, and regular attendance and participation at technology meetups and technology user groups Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
