Preferred: - 3+ years of professional work (non-internship) experience - 5+ years of relevant professional experience - Experience leading cross-functional projects and implementing strategic initiatives - Experience using data analysis, reporting, and forecasting to guide business decisions and solve problems - Experience working effectively across cross-functional teams and partnering well with people at all levels within an organization - Experience handling ambiguous or undefined challenges through strong problem solving abilities - Strong communication and relationship-building skills (both written and verbal). - Track record of ownership and delivering results.
