The Experience The Finance Early Graduate Rotation Program develops future Finance leaders through structured exposure across multiple functions, hands-on project experience, and mentorship from senior leaders. As a member of a small cohort, you complete four six-month rotations across key Finance disciplines and transition into a permanent Finance role upon completion. We are targeting a start date of June 21, 2027. What You'll Actually Be Doing Complete four six-month rotations across Finance functions, including Accounting and Expense Operations, Revenue Operations, Treasury, Global Procurement and Sourcing, Internal Audit, and Finance and Strategy Contribute to high-impact projects, including process improvement, financial modeling, data analysis, and strategic initiatives Apply AI tools within rotations to optimize and automate Finance processes Present findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership You're Our Person If... You have completed coursework or a project involving financial analysis, data analysis, or accounting You have written and delivered a formal presentation or report to a group You have collaborated on a team project involving members from different functions or backgrounds You have experience using AI Tools and Excel and/or Google Sheets for financial modeling and data analytics Even Better If... You have completed a prior internship or held work experience in Finance or accounting You have exposure to machine learning concepts or AI tools applied to business problems You have held a leadership role in a club, organization, or extracurricular project This position is ineligible for visa sponsorship.
