The Amazon Japan Recruiting team is seeking a Recruiter who embodies a passion for learning and curiosity — someone who continuously seeks new knowledge, embraces different perspectives, and thrives on Basic qualifications: - Experience building and executing candidate sourcing and closing strategies - Bilingual proficiency in both Japanese and English — reading, writing, and speaking - 3+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-bar environment - Experience partnering and managing relationships with multiple stakeholders, including hiring managers and HRBPs - Experience collecting, analyzing, and reporting on recruiting data and metrics Preferred: - Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships simultaneously - Experience leveraging AI tools and recruiting technologies to enhance hiring efficiency and quality - Experience managing candidates through recruitment lifecycles; from reach-out, assessment, preparation, negotiation and closing.
