Amazon Leo (Project Kuiper) is Amazon's initiative Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of full-time Amazon experience - 4+ years of corporate and or search firm progressive recruiting including full life cycle recruiting experience - Experience building candidate sourcing and closing strategies - Experience with contact management system/applicant tracking system for sourcing, tracking and managing candidates - Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships Preferred: - 5+ years of corporate and or search firm progressive technical recruiting including full life cycle recruiting experience - Experience partnering with business leaders in highly complex and dynamic business settings - Experience creating, measuring and scaling workflow among candidates, hiring managers and the recruiting team - 3+ years of closing candidates and negotiating offers experience - Experience with analytical tools and ability to dive deep into metrics and reporting - Experience working with and influencing senior level stakeholders - Experience recruiting for hardware, RF/antenna, satellite systems, or adjacent deep-tech domains Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
