The Amazon Japan Consumer Business is looking for a Finance Manager to join the Retail Finance Team! “Finance” in Amazon has similarities to 経営企画室・経営戦略本部 in Japanese companies in which you own a wide variety Basic qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree required in finance, accounting, economics, business or related field - 6+ years of finance or a related analytical field experience - Experience building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making experience identifying and implementing opportunities to resolve finance issues, improve, scale, or simplify finance tools, technology, and processes across teams and organizations experience - Experience leading cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy experience - Proficiency in analysis tools including Microsoft Excel and financial planning systems - Strong business interpersonal and communication skill, including written and oral communication in both English and Japanese Preferred: - Experience completing complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, or experience with end-to-end project management - Knowledge of database systems and SQL Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
