Events Program Manager, Event Productions

Event Productions is a full-service event production organization capable of hosting multi-track seminars, conferences, banquets, expos, large-scale trainings, concerts, and more for groups of 1,500+. Basic qualifications: - Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - 4+ years of organizing events for content creators (e.g. education summits, booths at events) experience - 4+ years of project/program management experience - Knowledge of video production crews, live streaming technologies, studio workflows, edit and post- production techniques, production calendars and staffing - Knowledge of current event production technology and best practices - Experience in written and verbal communication skills to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership - Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Preferred: - Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document - Experience working in an analytical environment with cross-functional teams - Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word and Excel - Experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines - Knowledge of data analytics with tools such as Tableau, SQL, Quick-sight - Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, Jira, Microsoft Project) - Understanding of event technical infrastructure and set up. - 3+ years of experience in a corporate environment. - Working knowledge of collaboration platforms (e.g., Slack, Chime, Teams, Zoom) Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
