Environmental Program Manager

We are seeking an Environmental Program Manager to support environmental compliance at AWS facilities in Ireland. You will support standards and policies that ensure regulatory compliance, complete environmental Basic qualifications: - Speak, write, and read fluently in English - Bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering/science, geology, geography, biology, chemistry or related field of study with 4+ yrs of experience serving as an environmental technical resource, environmental consultant, environmental manager, program specialist, or program manager. - Experience in waste management, environmental compliance, environmental auditing, environmental permitting/reporting, environmental management systems and ISO14001 standards. - Broad knowledge of Irish environmental regulations and licensing requirements. Preferred: - Experience developing and implementing environmental compliance programmes including regulated waste, water, and air regulations in accordance with applicable laws. - Experience in a fast-paced, changing/growing organisation; - Experience managing multiple projects, prioritising, planning, and managing time effectively; - Strong analytical skills with demonstrated problem-solving ability; - Excellent written and verbal communication skills; - Strong interpersonal skills: solid relationship builder, influencing and negotiation skills, and ability to work collaboratively at multiple levels; - Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and common project management tools.
