Network Development Engineer, GCNA-D-Migration

Amazon is looking for best-in-class Network Engineers to help deploy and automate one of the world’s largest and complex networks. With Amazon our goal is to become “The Infrastructure Platform” to the Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or experience related IT - Experience working in a large-scale networking environment - Experience in internet routing protocols and concepts: TCP/IP, BGP, MPLS, ISIS and/or OSPF - Experience with network operating systems such as Cisco IOS and Junos - Experience working in a Linux/Unix environment - Experience in automation via Bash/shell scripting and Perl/Python programming Preferred: - Knowledge of network analysis fundamentals and robust troubleshooting - Experience working with customers to diagnose a problem and work towards resolution - Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal - Experience leading and defining requirements and driving these across diverse organizations - Experience leading highly technical programs involving infrastructure, complex systems, systems engineering Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
