Enterprise Strategy & Ops Lead, Amazon Supply Chain Services

Amazon Freight is a fast-growing business within Amazon Supply Chain Services (ASCS) that provides enterprise shippers with a full-service freight solution. Our Enterprise Account Management team owns Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Experience positioning and selling innovative solutions to new and existing customers and market segments - Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software - Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications - Demonstrated ability to independently identify opportunities, build solutions, and drive outcomes end to end without close direction. - Experience designing and implementing new processes, tools, or mechanisms that drove measurable business improvement. Preferred: - 5+ years of B2B or enterprise sales with a focus on hunting new business experience - Knowledge of procurement and source to pay processes and solutions or equivalent experience - Experience identifying trends and needs to improve an already closed large-scale technology deal - Experience in transportation, logistics, freight brokerage, or supply chain. - Experience building reporting tools, dashboards, or automated solutions using SQL, Python, or BI platforms. - Familiarity with AI/ML applications in business operations or sales efficiency. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
