Engagement Manager, WWPS ProServe DoD Shared Delivery Team

The Amazon Web Services Professional Services (ProServe) team is seeking a highly skilled and versatile Engagement Manager (EM) to join our team and lead the delivery of complex cloud solution projects. Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Experience with Agile or other program management methodologies - 4+ years of IT implementation experience - Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI or above - 5+ years of project/program management experience Preferred: - Experience with AWS services or other cloud offerings - Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification - Experience working with and presenting to C-level executives, IT, and lines of businesses across organizations or equivalent - Experience managing technical projects consisting of 4 or more people totaling over a $250,000 budget - Can show strong verbal and written communication skills - Experience supporting DoD/DoW & National Security mission systems, and the ability to represent AWS within the customer's environment, driving discussions with senior personnel regarding trade-offs, best practices, project management, and risk mitigation. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
