The Amazon Robotics Autonomous Mobility software team develops the autonomy software that powers Proteus, Amazon’s first fully autonomous warehouse robot. We are growing and are looking for a Software Basic qualifications: - 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience - 3+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience - Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field - Experience in embedded development in C/C++, or experience programming with at least one software programming language Preferred: - Experience with CUDA kernels or ML/low-level kernels - 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience - Experience with the AWS platform, web services, software development, or related technologie - Experience building custom distributions using tools such as Yocto or Buildroot - Experience with robotics middleware (ROS/ROS2) or visualization tools (Foxglove, RViz) Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
