ELM Operations Engineer, ELM Program Launch

Would you like the challenge of delivering continuously improved customer experiences to Basic qualifications: - 5+ years of industrial engineer, operations engineer, manufacturing engineer, or project engineer in a manufacturing environment experience - 3+ years of maintenance or engineering experience - Bachelor's degree - Work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays - Experience in material handling equipment (MHE) or automation environments, or experience in reliability/maintenance environments - Experience leading cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and field execution through launch readiness and go-live phases Preferred: - Knowledge of Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) programs for commercial refrigeration systems - Knowledge of performance metrics such as OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), downtime, throughput, or quality - Experience working with and managing third party vendors - Experience in Amazon RME (Reliability Maintenance Engineering) or fulfillment operations, or experience in similar environments - Experience with retrofits, launches, or automation deployments - Experience building launch readiness frameworks, standard work, playbooks, and scalable deployment mechanisms across multiple concurrent sites Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
