The Senior Manager, JP DSP New Business Initiative, serves as a single threaded leader from the DSP organization for evaluating and launching new business models within Amazon Logistics Japan. This role Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience - 5+ years of program/project management or equivalent experience - Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership - Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and executive communication - Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment - Business level English Preferred: - - Deep familiarity with last-mile delivery business models, including fleet management, pricing strategy, route economics, and partner operations. - - Proven experience working in or closely with Japan-based logistics, transportation, e-commerce or similar operations. - - Business-level Japanese proficiency (spoken and written), with the ability to communicate effectively with local partners and stakeholders.
