DSP Capacity Manager, Delivery Service Partners Capacity, Planning and Performance

Delivery Service Partners Capacity Manager – Japan (Based at HND21, Tokyo) Amazon Logistics (AMZL) Japan is looking for a Delivery Service Partners (DSP) Capacity Manager to lead capacity execution across Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree, or Advanced degree - Experience in written and spoken English and an ability to compose grammatically correct, concise and accurate written responses - Experience in making data driven business decisions - Experience building strategic relationships with stakeholders, including communicating and collaborating across teams and functions - Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers - Experience working in fast paced environments, and managing workload even during times of stress, or escalated activity Preferred: - Bachelor's degree, or experience working for Amazon or any Amazon subsidiary or affiliate - Experience running an effective operational excellence program - Experience demonstrating strong analytical abilities and confidence in the use of data - Experience writing strategy documents for executive audiences with clear recommendations in the midst of ambiguity - Experience working with multiple stakeholders at various levels and in different locales to drive alignment - Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities - Speak, write, and read fluently in Japanese Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
