Basic qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Economics, Engineering, or other related degree • 10+ years of professional experience in sustainability, energy or comparable fields • Project / technical program management experience and a track record of delivering projects within scope, time, budget and quality • Strong organizational building, team and people management experience • Experience working with stakeholders across both technical and business functions • The ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects requiring frequent communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills • Have a results orientated approach, strong analytical skill set and financial acumen Preferred: • Experience with development and execution of large scale global/regional energy strategies • Track record of identifying and executing on innovative renewable generation projects • Experience with the successful development of strategic energy sourcing opportunities • Experience managing energy projects against plans and objectives to ensure commitments are met, delivering against cost savings and sustainability goals • Experience working with utility regulators and governments to develop policies and guidelines that enable broader companywide strategies and objectives Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
