Practise the Delivery Practice Manager, ASEAN Professional Services at Amazon Web Services interview free →The Amazon Web Services Professional Services (ProServe) team is seeking an experienced Delivery Practice Manager (DPM) to join our Associate to Consultant (A2C) ProServe Delivery Team to help us grow Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, or a related field - Experience in IT consulting/management with IT Transformation in a customer-facing role - 8+ years in IT and/or Management Consulting, with at least 3 years in a people leadership role. - Experience owning and managing IT transformation projects - Experience recruiting, onboarding, training, mentoring, and/or staffing consultants or other customer-facing professionals - Fluency of English Preferred: - Experience with customer relationship management, especially C-suite level customer engagement - Experience with design of modern, scalable delivery models for technology consulting services - Advanced technology degree or AWS Professional level certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect Professional, DevOps Engineer Professional) preferred Strong project management and resource management capabilities - Financial acumen with P&L management experience - Ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships and drive change - Sales and negotiation skills for opportunity capture and proposal development Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
