Basic qualifications: - Speak, write, and read fluently in Spanish - Bachelor's degree - Experience managing third party resources on a regional/national scale - Experience managing contingent workforce in a business with peak season - Experience demonstrating strong analytical abilities and confidence in the use of data - Experience in Operations, Last Mile or account or relationship management, in logistics, transportation, supply chain or distribution. Preferred: - Experience with process improvements (Lean Six Sigma and/or Kaizen) - Experience in written and oral communication, including the ability to communicate with all levels in the organization (technical, business, executive) - Experience in problem solving and data analytics - Experience project planning in ambiguous environment - Proven experience of helping teams achieving goals.
