Tax Analyst - EU VAT - German speaker, 3P ITX Compliance

Amazon's diverse online business requires Basic qualifications: - Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications at an advanced level - Experience working in a large public accounting firm or multi-national corporate tax department - Speak, write, and read fluently in German - Speak, write, and read fluently in English Preferred: - Work experience working in a multi-national finance and/or VAT compliance function; - Fluent verbal and written skills in Italian or German or Spanish; - Part of full professional tax or finance qualifications or similar credentials an advantage; - Technical background and programming (SQL, VBA, Python etc.); - Clear, crisp, and proactive documentation of operational procedures required to tackle known risk related patterns; - Organized, analytical and methodical with attention to detail; - A proven team player with a hands-on team-oriented attitude; - Able to take ownership of work, implement change, and demonstrate a problem solving approach; - Ability to effectively manage time, and individually prioritize multiple tasks of competing priority Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
