Amazon Web Services is looking for a rigorous and experienced Chief Engineer to join our Data Center Engineering Operations (DCEO) team. This group is committed to maintaining the critical physical infrastructure Basic qualifications: - Intermediate level in English and/or French (spoken and written) - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Industrial Technology, or Electrotechnical Engineering - Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in a data center or other critical environment - Significant experience in the operation and maintenance of critical infrastructure (UPS, generators, switchboards, HVAC, chilled water/cooling systems) Preferred: - Fluency in English (spoken, written, and reading) - Knowledge of CMMS, BMS (Building Management Systems), and electrical power monitoring systems (EPMS) - Experience in technical project management (design, cost tracking, delivery) - Experience in data centers, manufacturing, or the Oil & Gas sector - Proven experience in supervising and training technical teams - Familiarity with 24/7/365 critical operational environments - Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical audiences Amazon est un employeur engagé pour l'égalité des chances.
