Security Software Development Manager, Operational Research, AWS Security

We are building the platforms that power machine-speed security incident response across the world's largest cloud provider. Our automation investigates and remediates security events with minimal human Basic qualifications: - Experience managing and growing a team of software development engineers, including hiring, performance management, and career development - Experience in software development with at least one programming language (Python, Java, or TypeScript) - Experience owning and operating production services with on-call responsibilities - Experience defining technical roadmaps, prioritizing engineering work, and delivering against deadlines with a team - Experience partnering across disciplines (security, operations, product) to align engineering work with business outcomes Preferred: - Experience in a security operations or incident response environment, either building tooling for responders or managing engineers who do - Experience with event-driven architectures, workflow orchestration systems, or data pipeline infrastructure at scale - Experience with AWS services (Lambda, Step Functions, DynamoDB, ECS, or similar) in a production context - Experience managing engineers across multiple production services simultaneously, balancing reliability with feature velocity - Experience operating services in regulated or restricted environments (sovereign cloud, FedRAMP, or equivalent partition-awareness) - Experience prototyping rapidly with LLM-assisted or AI-augmented development workflows Amazon est un employeur engagé pour l'égalité des chances.
