Join Amazon's Builder Experience Team (BeXT) as a Senior Data Center HR Partner and make every day better for the Builders who power AWS. This is a 100% on-site role where you'll serve as the strategic Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including experience in HR business partner, HR generalist, or HR site partner roles - Experience supporting hourly/frontline populations of 100+ employees in an operations or manufacturing environment - Experience leading workforce planning and people strategy through organizational change (site launches, expansions, restructuring, or closures) - Demonstrated experience in employee relations including conducting investigations and managing complex, high-risk ER cases - Working knowledge of Australia employment law Preferred: - Master's degree in HR, MBA, or related advanced degree - Experience in data center, critical infrastructure, construction, or technology operations environments - Experience supporting a multi-site or multi-cluster scope across a geographic region - Track record of building scalable HR programs, mechanisms, or standard work from scratch in a greenfield or high-growth environment - Strong data analytics capability — experience using workforce data to drive insights and inform people strategy - Experience partnering with and influencing senior leadership Acknowledgement of country: In the spirit of reconciliation Amazon acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea and community.
