Join Amazon's Builder Experience Team (BeXT) as a Data Center HR Partner and make every day better for the Builders who power AWS. This is a 100% on-site role where you'll be embedded in the Data Centers Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Human Resources Management, Labor Relations, Business/Management, Psychology, or a related field - 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including experience in HR business partner, HR generalist, or HR site partner roles - Experience supporting hourly/frontline populations of 100+ employees in an operations or manufacturing environment - Demonstrated experience in employee relations including conducting investigations and managing complex, high-risk ER cases - Working knowledge of local employment law Preferred: - Experience in data center, critical infrastructure, construction, or technology operations environments - Experience supporting a multi-site or multi-cluster scope across a geographic region Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
